Dark Star is among one of my favorite lesser known tracks by Beck. I love how he sings the chorus but gently raps the verses. Just so consistently amazes me. Ever since I was 12 yrs old (26 now) he's been my favorite artist of all time. Hasn't changed at all in those years. He's managed to remain my number one. When anyone asks me my favourite artist I don't hesitate at all: BECK! I remember in high school I wore out my Beck shirt (had a donkey on it with Odelay plastered on it) until it had holes in it. Not to mention he produced the stephen malkmus album, Thurston Moore solo album and more. His touch and influence will live on for decades & decades.
